44 Market Place is Situated in the heart of historical city Center of la Spezia. Neighborhood is calm and quite in the evenings. City's largest market is situated few steps away from the building. Few Sunday's a month it also hosts the biggest second hand market where you can find some original pieces and designs, things that are one of a kinds. Cities restaurants, bars and pubs are located near by, giving you plenty of choices to enjoy your evening.
La Spezias main train station is situated 10 minute walk away from the apartment and from there you can take a train to Cinque terre ( Monterosso is approximately 18 min train ride away), trains for Pisa, Florence or Genova ( or anywhere you would like to go ). Buses are few meters away from the building and can take you to Lerici, or 4 min walk away you can find a stop for Portovenere busses. 15 min walk away is located ferry boat terminal, that is unique way to travel to Cinque terre, PortoVenere or Lerici in the summer time.
